- Prerequisites:
- none for Directing 25 (A Drama course to the 20 or 25 level is recommended) but instructor approval is required
- successful completion of Directing 35 and instructor approval
- This course is offered outside of the regular timetable
- Foster communication, creative expression, innovation, self-discipline, collaboration, and teamwork in the creation of a theatre piece for performance
- Develop the ability to engage the creative process, solve problems, and think critically to successfully stage a production
- Develop, plan and direct a production from the inception of an idea through to the culminating performance
